The United Kingdom is currently on lockdown as a result of the rapid spread of the Coronavirus (otherwise known as COVID-19). In attempts to contain the virus and limit the spread, the UK Government have advised that we MUST remain indoors, unless you must leave the home for essential purposes. These include going to work (where it isn’t possible to work from home, or you’re a key worker), essential shopping, and one form of exercise a day (alone).
The Government have also now announced that those with learning disabilities and their carers are allowed outside of the home, but only if staying indoors would impact the individual’s state of mind.
We have compiled some useful information for you, tailored to Oxford residents. This should give you some more peace of mind.
